“My situation was quite complex, and I do think James offered great, personalized support throughout and worked very hard to make it work in the end. It's hard to say "Great", though, when there was more than one instance of mistakes in numbers during underwriting (either missed hand-offs or by the underwriter - I don't know, of course) - perhaps just bad luck, given we're all human, but it took everyone extra time to compensate. It also stung a bit to realize how much profit had been baked into the points I was buying to get my rate down, though I value James and recognize you all must be able to make some profit! Jessica also seemed excellent, as always (this was my second SP loan), and of course I'm not sure what others may have been doing behind the scenes. James and Jessica were always smart, efficient, and great to work with, though, regardless of any bumps in the road!”
